Doctoral students, Avi Marciano and Sharon Ringel, presented separately their work at the Information and Knowledge Conference hosted by the Faculty of Management at the University of Haifa on 13.11.2013. Avi discussed his work on "The Israeli program for issuing smart ID's and passports and building a national biometric database". Sharon presented her work on "Digital technology and the shaping of future memory: The digitization of the National Library of Israel".
