The Language and Media course, taught by Dr. Oren Livio, will hold a special session to mark the 50 year anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's "I have a dream" speech. Among the speakers: Prof. Michal Sobel (Department of History: The speech in historical and cultural context), Dr. Oren Meyers (Department of Communication: The speech in collective memory) & Dr. Oren Livio (Department of Communication: Rhetorical aspects of the speech).
